What is the return policy?
We are a small, independent business, and each candle is hand-poured in small batches. This means slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and part of the handmade process — not considered defects.
Our goal is to make sure every customer is pleased with their purchase, however we only accept returns or exchanges if an item arrives damaged. If your candle is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Because our products are handmade in limited quantities, we cannot accept returns for any other reason.
